P.S. It’s an advance April Fool’s prank!
Several times in the past I have written about poor decisions made by individuals leaving voicemail messages for lovers, ex-lovers, customers, clients, and other affiliates, but there is one big star that has found an excellent way to save himself from possibly incriminating voicemail messages. Not so willing to let the tabloids trash his name as the former man of the big screen, Mel Gibson, Shaq is adamant in his defense and if anyone thinks to search for incriminating evidence, they might be hard pressed to find it.
Edward Furlong was born on August 2, 1977. At that time, Mel Gibson- most recently recognized for his role in the scandalous messages left on the voicemail inbox of Oksana Grigorieva- had just graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney, Australia. The older man would move forward to enjoy many successes in the movie industry, for which he would be recognized with the most prestigious of awards, but it was not, apparently, these successes that the younger actor would come to emulate. Instead, Furlong, decided to imitate the angry slurs of Gibson in recent recorded messages. These messages, which said, among other thing
Once again, I bring your attention to an example of poor voicemail usage in order to express the importance of bing smart about having your voice recorded. After all, a single ill planned message could land you in the lime light to receive not-so-pleasant reviews.
If you haven’t heard the most recent voicemails left by Mel Gibson for his ex, Oksana Grigorieva, then you definitely should read this entry. Though we cannot expect Hollywood stars to be perfect, one cannot help but be surprised to find that the longtime hero of the big screen, Mel Gibson, is falling to such depths now. The man that was once thought to be smart and eloquent has millions wondering if they had seriously misinterpreted the man by such a large margin.

Messages You DON’T Wanna Get:
“Hey, well the tests came back positive. If I were you I’d go and get tested.”
“Hey, the stick is showing two lines. I think it says I’m pregnant!”
“I know it’s kinda early but my parents are in town [...]
I just finished reading an article written by a columnist with the News24 website. In the piece the author, Georgina Guedes, comments on her experiencing with voicemail. Essentially, she states exactly why voicemail is a hindrance to business people like herself. However, while portions of the column make perfect sense, and I can relate to her gripes, other portions of it simply made me want to step forward and personally introduce her to the advantages of services like Google Voice. After all, she doesn’t have to change numbers, phones, or anything else in her life to enjoy the conveniences that the Google Voice voicemail service offers at no cost to the user.
The eau de parfum of a desperate woman is so potent your nostrils can sniff it out miles away. Although you may not be able to tell that the girl you’re talking to at the bar is just two bad dates away from turning into a bunny boiler, a lot can be said about the message you get from a woman who is apparently desperate. Here we list the 5 most common voice mail signals that tell you a girl [...]
El Tigre Woods gave a whole new meaning to voice messages you never want your significant other to listen to and for your entertainment and FYI we’re sharing the top 20 voicemails you don’t want your spouse to hear.
1. Hey it’s Tiger, I need you to do me a huge favor. Can you please take your name off your phone? My wife went through my phone and may be calling you. So if you can, please take your name off [...]
It is like the old adage says, “I’ve learned many things, and a lot of things I’ve learned the hard way.” It seems, my friends that people simply refuse to learn from the mistakes of others, and therefore learn the hard way about the implications of a poorly thought out voicemail. Week after week, it seems, I am writing about this very topic. Yet, week after week, there is at least one more tale of a foolish individual learning his [...]
